Terms and Conditions for Submission of Bounded Script

By submitting a Bounded Script/Synopsis to Bullz Global Entertainment ("BGE"), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Submission

The submission of the Bounded Script/Synopsis is voluntary and unsolicited. I confirm that the materials provided are limited  to the described Script/Synopsis. Bullz Global Entertainment is under no obligation to provide compensation or consideration  for evaluating the submitted material.

2. Eligibility and Registration Responsibility

Eligibility: Only individuals aged 18 years or older are eligible to submit materials.Submissions of Script are accepted entirely at the scriptwriter's own risk. Bullz Global Entertainment assumes no liability for such submissions.

3. Evaluation Purpose

Bullz Global Entertainment accepts submissions solely for evaluation purposes, with no guarantee of further engagement.Submission does not establish any contractual or fiduciary relationship between BGE and the scriptwriter. Any subsequent  collaboration will require a formal written agreement.

4. Rights to Similar Concepts

Bullz Global Entertainment reserves the right to use, without liability or payment, any concepts, themes, or ideas similar to the  submitted Bounded Script/Synopsis if they are independently developed by BGE, its associates, or third parties, or if such  concepts are already in the public domain.

5. Insurance Disclaimer:

Bullz Global Entertainment assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from the submitted Bounded script or synopsis  including but not limited to theft, fire, damage, or accidental leakage of scripts or synopses submitted to our company. It is the sole responsibility of the scriptwriter to secure appropriate insurance coverage for their script or synopsis, as submissions are made at the writer's own risk.

6.Production Agreement & Insurance Disclaimer:

If Bullz Global Entertainment agrees to produce your concept, we will manage the film's production and aim for a theatrical  release on a large scale. However, in the event of unexpected situations, such as financial losses, project cancellation, or   failure to release the film, the scriptwriter is required to take insurance coverage of USD 10 million to protect Bullz Global  Entertainment's interests.

7. Originality and Ownership

The scriptwriter warrants that the submitted material is their original work and that they are the sole creator and rightful owner. The material must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or have been exploited elsewhere. The  scriptwriter assumes full responsibility for any claims arising from the submission. Additionally, the material must not have   been published on any platform.

8. No Obligation to Use

Bullz Global Entertainment is not obligated to use the submitted Bounded Script/Synopsis or provide feedback. The scriptwriter waives any claims against BGE, its affiliates, or employees arising from its decision to accept, reject, or use the  submission.

9. Submission Handling

Bullz Global Entertainment is not responsible for the loss, theft, or destruction of the submitted material. Physical copies, if  submitted, may be returned upon request, but BGE bears no liability during possession or transit.

10. No Production Commitment

The submission does not constitute a commitment by Bullz Global Entertainment to produce a film or web series based on  the material. Evaluation is conducted solely to determine its potential suitability.

11. Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with terms that closely align with the original intent.

12.Indemnification

The scriptwriter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bullz Global Entertainment, its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out  of:

        Breach of representations, warranties, or obligations in these terms.

        Claims that the submitted material infringes third-party rights.

        Disputes regarding originality, ownership, or registration of the submitted material.

13. Response Timeline

Submissions will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 30 working days. If no response is received within this timeframe, the material is deemed not selected. BGE holds no liability for issues related to unselected submissions.

14. Conduct and Penalty

 The scriptwriter agrees not to engage in any actions or statements that could harm the reputation of Bullz Global   Entertainment. Violation of this clause may result in a penalty of $10,000 USD. Additionally, the scriptwriter agrees to comply   with directives issued by BGE concerning this matter

15. Ownership and Rights Transfer

By submitting a Script/Synopsis:

        •The scriptwriter agrees to transfer all rights, including copyrights, licenses, merchandising, digital distribution, and related legal rights, to BGE upon acceptance.

        •BGE reserves the right to independently produce the material or collaborate with other production companies.

        •If the script is produced, the scriptwriter agrees to the terms of employment, including the salary determined by BGE, without negotiation

16. Verification and Content Ownership

Bullz Global Entertainment reserves the right to verify the originality and ownership of submitted materials. If it is determined that the submitted script does not belong to the scriptwriter, BGE’s decision is final and binding. The scriptwriter agrees to accept such decisions without objection.

17. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in  Sattur, Tamil Nadu, India. The scriptwriter agrees not to seek to enjoin or restrain any Bullz Global Entertainment  projects related to the submission.

18. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the  courts located in Sattur - 626203, Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu, India.  By submitting the Bounded Script/Synopsis, the scriptwriter agrees to these terms and conditions. Bullz Global Entertainment reserves the right to accept or reject submissions at its sole discretion.
